This kind of stands out to me where the proportions don't seem like an elongated torso.
The bird mouth is also done nicely.

QuiteSplendid responds:

Thanks a lot!

While this is a good sketch at a level I probably couldn't do with female characters, I notice your characters have slightly short legs, which is fine for a certain art style especially anthros. In this case though, it almost looks as though the legs could be the same length or shorter than the arms. It might be the torso length that's throwing me off or something. Or it could be that I'm just used to common manga proportions that look the way they do to fight foreshortening and stuff.
I of course look forward to your next pencil or digital work.

QuiteSplendid responds:

Yeah I believe that I do see what you mean. I'll definitely keep working on that. Thanks a lot for the feedback. Every little bit helps :)

Your right, he's awesome. I like both his chibis and full figures.

Saintanist responds:

i have to commission him someday ffff

You can get the voice recording at build a bear. And you did good with the colored pencils.
I want one.

QuiteSplendid responds:

That would be interesting. Thanks a lot. When I have the materials in hand I will get started. :)

Your going for those digi or extra jointed legs again, neat.

Saintanist responds:

ye
i havent drawn them in so long

So you can draw guns too. Dose that one take inspiration from the SACOM? I generally make up my guns on the spot, but take inspiration for believable elements or parts.
That's also good expressiveness and body language.

QuiteSplendid responds:

Yep. I actually love drawing guns. I just don't post them often enough on here. The gun that she is holding is the usp .45 tactical socom.

Thanks a lot! ^^

Your using the charm of glasses quite well. Are those light up cat ears?

Saintanist responds:

hhh ;v;
theyre like
cat ears with lil gems on them ~

Is this inspired by a recent anime about high tech magic users? The lighting effects are cool.
It'd be so cool if you could give a dude glowing floating arm blades that look like those horns.
I recommend looking at reference of knee guards in different positions. I can imagine a type of guard that works fine below the knee, I just thought I'd bring it up in case it might help.

ricardomich responds:

I pretty much designed all my characters around a futuristic and scientific era. and these effects have a lot to do with alchemy. the glowing effects of all my charaters are called light horns which have individual designs. haha yes! one of my many flaws as an artist is design/function, i will focus on that aspect until i get it right. thank you

I'm a self taught artist. If you can think of and describe a robot, I can probably draw it.
(Now I draw furries too and sell coms for just $10 over PayPal)
